How much does a flower wall rental cost in NYC?
It depends on which wall you choose, the size of the installation and your venue, so there is no single price. Delivery, setup and breakdown are quoted separately, worked out from your venue address. Send us your date and venue and we will come back with a written quote. Quotes are free.
Do you deliver, install and take down the wall?
Yes. Our team delivers the wall, installs it, and returns to break it down after your event. Setup takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes. You never assemble anything or arrange transport. Tell us your venue and access details when you enquire so we can plan the load-in.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across all five boroughs and the wider tri-state area. Most of our work is in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, and we also cover the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island and beyond. Send us your venue and we will confirm coverage for your date.
How far in advance should I reserve a flower wall?
The earlier the better, particularly for Saturdays in peak wedding season and for December corporate parties, when popular walls book out first. If your date is close, still get in touch — we can often accommodate short notice depending on what is available.
Can a flower wall be branded with our company logo?
Yes. We produce custom signage, logos and decals that mount directly onto the wall, which is how most step-and-repeat and brand activation setups are built. Our Arctic White and Greenstreak walls work best as a ground for branding, because the logo stays legible against them.
Can I add a photo booth to my flower wall?
